Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.

Paul Neundorfer, President and Principal of Aristotle Design Group, has visited and supported schools in refugee camps in Thailand, Nepal and Kenya and several schools in Myanmar. After working with northeast Ohio’s resettled refugee community for four years, he and David Wallis co-founded The Refugee Response. TRR is a 501c3 non-profit organization that through three distinct initiatives helps resettled refugees adjust to their new life in northeast Ohio and become contributing members of their new communities.

In 2010, ADG worked with Ohio City Inc. to create a master plan for the Ohio City Farm, the largest contiguous urban farm in the nation where The Refugee Response operates the Refugee Empowerment Agricultural Program. Paul currently serves as TRR’s Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors. TRR celebrates its 10th year anniversary in 2020 and continues to grow, thrive and serve.

In addition to work in the refugee community, Paul traveled in Africa with International Partners in Mission and returned to Nairobi several times to design and help implement an agricultural irrigation project in Kisumu, Kenya.

The entire staff of ADG is active in the local non-profit community and actively supports and participates in organizations such as The Cleveland Food Bank, Lake Erie Ink, City Year, The Doan Brook Watershed Partnership, Rid-All Green Partnership, Youth Opportunity Unlimited, and their respective alumni and alumnae organizations.
